Dr Hayley Barnes, PhD, FRACP, MPH, MBBS, BBiomedSci Hons) is a Respiratory and Sleep Physician at Alfred Hospital, and a Research Fellow at the Monash Centre for Occupational and Environmental Health and School of Translational Medicine, Monash University, Melbourne.

Yet Hong Khor (BMedSci, MBBS, PhD) is an Associate Professor, National Health and Medical Research Council Emerging Leadership Fellow, and Medical Research Future Fund lead investigator at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. She is an Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Specialist at Austin and Alfred Health. Yet is the chair of Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand Clinical Care and Resources Subcommittee, and has been involved in multiple national and international guidelines.

Dr Jun (JK) Khoo is a respiratory and sleep physician at Alfred Health and Cabrini Health, currently serving as the respiratory service lead at Cabrini Health Malvern. He completed a fellowship in interstitial lung disease (ILD) at Alfred Health, with particular interest in connective tissue disease-ILD and occupational lung disease-ILD. Dr Khoo is an integral member of the ILD, CTD-ILD, and occupational ILD multidisciplinary panels. Additionally, he serves as a principal investigator in ILD clinical trials, is an active peer reviewer in the field, and is an invited speaker to local and international meetings.
